The Ministry of Transportation may suspend a license after a 9 demerit point interview:#

A. If a driver fails to give satisfactory reasons why their license should not be suspended

B. If the license is not needed for business reasons

C. The Ministry is not permitted to suspend a license before the 15-point level is reached

D. Only for specific violations
